3D Modeling

3D modeling is the initial stage in engineering design. This leads to several downstream applications. Hence, a proper 3D model becomes a necessity in all design activities.

The Objective

To provide our customers, the price performance advantage in 3D modeling services.

The Activity

• Part Modeling: A single component to be modeled as a solid model
• Assembly Modeling: Involves individual components as well as their assembly with various types of constraints of the assembly
• Modifications in the existing Models: Where existing model requires modifications for functional improvements

The Expertise

• 2D Drawings: either paper drawing (hard copy), soft copy format
• Concept: clearly explained to us to generate the model
• Existing Models: for a few changes for functional improvement

The Technology

We employ Autodesk technologies i.e. Mechanical Desktop/ Inventor (Autodesk Inventor Series). Application of different technologies can be worked out depending upon the work volume.

The Quality Initiative

In the first assignment, we define the quality checklists suited to that type of work. The lists are augmented with our Quality Manual. The Quality Team checks for the quality at two levels namely, a peer review and a management review.
