quality assurance initiative produces predictable results for the customers and
increases our employee productivity to a great extent. Quality
Assurance: Our Quality Assurance Initiative involves a two-tier approach.
First and foremost approach is executed at the people's level and the other is
at the processes' level. People The Quality initiative
starts at the inception stage. We select dedicated resources with remarkable academic
and extra curricular background. An Orientation training program prepares them
for required skills. Training and testing are conducted at regular intervals. Process Our
quality team has documented our quality processes in our quality manual, which
is strictly followed by every project team. As part of standardizing the processes
we have created checklists for each of the quality documents that are produced
as part of project development methodology. IT-Elite has already taken initiative
towards achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification. Some of the highlights of our quality
