Business Model
Our business model aims at establishing our working
level relationship with Clients. This also aims at furthering
the relationship to a long lasting collaborative association
for mutual benefit. We assume that this relationship
can have any of the delivery models i.e. onsite, offshore
or composite (onsite & offshore).
The beginning
We "listen" to your requirements first. Once we come
to an agreement about the requirements, we set the expectations.
Our onsite team and your project team then finalize
a small pilot project to build confidence in the working
level relationship. Our team works on the pilot project
following the proven methodologies and deliver the project.
We together measure the success of the projects within
the boundaries set for the project team. We help you
in quantitative evaluation of the project metrics
like schedule variance, size variance, delivered defect
density etc. This will define the basis for the future
roadmap.
The next step
Now that we have proved our working level relationship,
we can expand our relationship further. We collaborate
for medium small to medium size projects where the requirements
are clearly defined. This requires that we set-up required
communication infrastructure to address the complexity
of the projects. The pilot exercise guides us in defining
the scope and the acceptance criterion (Quality).
We apply our project management methodology to
ensure timely delivery of the project.
Aiming BIG
Based on the learning we had so far, the project knowledge
database is enhanced. We re-evaluate our processes
to incorporate the best practices followed so far in
the projects. By this time our relationship reaches
a stage of mutual trust and confidence. Now we can jointly
take decision to go for multiple projects. This is achieved
by expanding our capability, in terms
of resources and infrastructure to deliver bigger projects.
With synchronization in development, delivery and deployment
processes the two organizations are perfectly aligned
with each other to address the future business demands.
