segment to automate the Marketing functionality of the
organization and to measure productivity of the
employees.

The Challenge
Marketing budgets are increasing day by day in the
midst of competition. In a crowded market place,
marketing communication and tracking the leads are some
of the few strategy that distinguishes a company and its
product.
The objectives set forward by the Client included:

tracking on various activity to effectively channel
the sales force

The Solution
The solution centered on web-based architecture using
Microsoft technologies. The application is built on
three-tier architecture namely: Client Tier, Business
tier and Database tier. The Client tier is written in
ASP, Java Script and VB script. The Business tier is
implemented using VB DLLs. The Database tier is based on
Oracle database.

marketing force to visit more customers, have more
accurate and timely reporting data, and spend less
time at the office filling out paperwork or customer
orders.
- The management can monitor
the performance of the employee using performance
measuring tools such as:
- Case Generated report
- Case Conversion Ratio
- Time for case conversion
- Payment collection report
- Type of calls per day
- The
employees can access the system from anywhere. This
helps the employees to effectively corroborate to
convert cases into orders.
The project was completed
with 18 person months of efforts.
