Why is India a good destination to outsource to? Large

find jobs in the IT industry. This talent caters largely to remote development,
IT outsourcing and high quality domestic software development. At this rate there
can be approximately 17 million people available to the IT industry by 2008. The

people, will employ over 2 million people directly and create indirect employment

31st March 2002, India had 42 companies at SEI CMM Level 5 assessment. The quality
& maturity of the Indian software industry can be measured from the fact that
already 316 Indian software companies have acquired quality certifications and

is identified by: Action plan specifying process, roles and responsibilities,
time commitments, deliverables, training requirement for Clients, risk mitigation
plans. Our functional experts work with the Client's team for gathering the requirements.
We use the widely accepted use case methodology to document the requirements.
This methodology ensures that we have understood the Client's requirements. Once
the customer approves the requirements, our domain expert transfers the knowledge
to the offshore team. This "train the trainer" approach saves on time and money
for the customer. The team then holds the brain storming sessions to make sure

How do I verify the Privacy and Integrity of my Customer Data is protected? IT
Elite believes in ensuring a very high level of security and confidentiality of
its client's applications & business knowledge. Floppy Disk Drives on all desktops
are disabled. User-ids & Passwords are required for access to ITE's systems &
mail. Confidentiality Agreements are implemented for accesses to the Network.
All buildings & premises have Physical Access Restrictions. For large projects,
ITE would demarcate physical areas with Access Restrictions. Top F.
Is it possible for us to experiment and try out your offshore programming services
before signing a contract? Yes, we encourage Clients
to test our services before the actual contract is finalized. We believe, "Selecting
