Our design team is geared up to meet the requirements
of the Mechanical Engineering design. We can design
a component or an SPM from a Concept.
The Objective
To provide our customers, the price performance advantage
in Mechanical Engineering Design.
The Activity
- Discrete component design:
Where the design is based on the customer
specification and the integration of the component in
an assembly is the responsibility of the customer.
- Design from a Concept:
Where the customer has well defined concept of a
design and would expect us to detail the concept for
functional requirements.
- Special purpose machine
Design: Where the machine could be performing
particular manufacturing task(s) or other operations
like packaging.
- Modification in the existing
Design: Where the existing design requires
a few changes for functional improvement.
The Expertise
We have the capability of designing for static and
Kinematic conditions. An FEA (finite element analysis)
could be provided as confirmation of our design, if
so desired by the customer.
The Technology
We employ Autodesk technologies i.e. Mechanical Desktop/
Inventor (Autodesk Inventor Series). Application of
different technologies can be worked out depending upon
the work volume.
The Quality Initiative
In the first assignment, we define the quality check
lists suited to that type of work. The lists are augmented
with our Quality Manual. The Quality Team checks for
the quality at two levels namely, a peer review and
a management review.
