(IT Elite) releases ProtoIT 1.0 - a complete sales and marketing solution for
small and medium enterprises (SME).
ProtoIT is
multi-user application based on three-tier architecture and is developed using
Visual Basic 6.0 and MS SQL Server
2000. The application is
targeted at the small and medium scale manufacturing industries.
The application covers the whole gamut of sales and marketing
cycle starting from customer inquiry to order fulfillment. Some of the major
features of the product are: Customer Contact Management, Dealer Management and
Prospects Management.
With the use of ProtoIT software, our customers will be able to effectively
manage inquiries, quotations, dealers and precisely target prospects. ProtoIT
offers role based security with a basic workflow solution. The application has
a user friendly GUI & features, which enhances employee productivity.
This will systematize the process and will result in increased revenue and
better customer satisfaction.
Future Roadmap:
IT Elite has plans to include activity management for
marketing personnel so as to achieve better conversions of prospects to
customer. The other features in the pipeline include, e-mail based customer
reminders, e-mail based campaigning and calculation of dealer
commission. The system would also offer plenty of decision support reports for
higher management.
