Offshore Maintenance

IT Elite provides maintenance support from our center in India. Our application maintenance model is of the following two types:

1. Execution of maintenance work requests:

Bug fixing, enhancements, conversion of part of a code etc. The product is version controlled by the customer and the scope of the project is only to execute the specific work request. This could be done in two ways:

• Link into the customer environment, or
• Make our environment similar to the customers

2. Provide production support:

24x7 support provided by our support team. We define mutually acceptable service-level agreements for various defect classifications and help you maintain the business continuity.
